KYIVBUILD 2026: OUTDOOR-INNOVATIONS

This year, Grace Garden took part in one of Ukraine’s leading construction exhibitions — KyivBuild 2026. The event traditionally brings together developers, architects, building material manufacturers, designers, and engineering professionals. For our team, it was a great opportunity to present our product, share our experience, and establish new professional connections within the industry.

At the exhibition, we presented a modern outdoor barbecue kitchen designed specifically for open-air environments. The structure is based on HPL panels — a material known for its durability, strength, and resistance to environmental conditions. Thanks to these qualities, the kitchen is perfectly suited for installation on terraces, in private gardens, within cottage communities, as well as in hotels and restaurants with outdoor dining areas.

Our stand attracted considerable interest from exhibition visitors. Architects, designers, and developers were particularly interested in the possibilities of integrating outdoor kitchens into modern residential developments. Many participants noted that the outdoor kitchen concept is becoming increasingly popular in new residential complexes, country residences, and recreational spaces. For this reason, Grace Garden’s solution — combining functionality, contemporary design, and weather-resistant materials — proved to be highly relevant to today’s market.

Special attention was given to the practical advantages of the product. HPL panels are resistant to moisture, ultraviolet radiation, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical impact. This makes them an ideal material for year-round outdoor use. In addition, the kitchen systems are designed with flexibility in mind, allowing easy customization according to the client’s needs — including modular options for grills, sinks, storage units, and work surfaces.

Participation in the exhibition was a valuable and inspiring experience for the Grace Garden team. Over several days, we held dozens of meetings with representatives of construction companies, development firms, and architectural studios. These new connections opened promising opportunities for collaboration and future projects in both residential and commercial sectors.

One of the key discussions focused on integrating outdoor kitchens into modern residential complexes and public spaces. Today, developers aim to create not just buildings, but comfortable environments for living.
